A Letter from me to you…..
Hello, I’m so delighted that this website has made its way in to your screen. Hi I'm Meghna, founder of MEDOhealthconnect, host of YouTube channel Health Q and a physiotherapy professional. It’s pretty crazy to think that in this huge world with millions of websites on the internet, our paths have crossed. Maybe you encountered this article while browsing or maybe a friend shared it with you. Or perhaps you already know me and wanted to find out more. However it happened, I believe it’s not an accident, it has a purpose.
Am I RIGHT? because, I think if we want something for ourselves destiny makes it happen for us, my message through my work is the same. In my past experiences I have come across many people who gave up on their dreams just because of Fear of poor outcomes. But I've to say this why not " Embrace our fears?"
Today we have access to almost everything that we need in our hands, what's needed is a paradigm shift. According to success guru Brain Tracy—Healthy people most of the time think what they want and how to get it. In this way developing a positive attitude can truly change your entire life. When you think and talk about what you want and how to get it. You feel happier and in greater control of your life. When you think about something that makes you happy your brain actually releases endorphins which gives you a generalized feeling of wellbeing.
Even the author of famous book “ Power of positive thinking’ Norman Vincent Peale mentions in his book “ It’s a pity that people let themselves defeated by their problems and pains. It certainly doesn't minimize the hardships and tragedies of people but it should not dominate one’s mind. You can make yourself ill with your thoughts and by the same token you can make yourself well by the use of different and healthy type of thoughts.’
In my upcoming blogs, I'm going to challenge you to see your health concerns differently. We will figure out new solutions and Make amazing things happen.
